Well, Pondboy , that is possible on the basis that Hazeaandalan is going to build a skirt wall under the fence to give yourself a level face to work from but if they were gonna erect a fence straight from the ground as it seems they are, then that approach will not work. What ever they do they will need  properly supported corner posts (usually achieved by angled sections in each direction to "brace" the main upright, two or three main running wires will be spanned between the braced main uprights. These will need tensioning (hence the supported main uprights)- to much tension and you run the risk of pulling supports over during winter time (shrinkage) and the opposite if your span wires are to slack. You will fix you diamond mesh or what-ever fence you buy to that. Just find a fence that looks like what you want and see what they have done. Not exactly rocket science!!
