Hi
Does anyone have any experience of buying a second hand vehicle here in Catalunya? I know to ask for the vehicle papers and the current ITV! But are there any other pit falls? Like unpaid parking fines? How do you transfer the vehicle into your name etc? How much does it cost to transfer ownership? Is It complicated? Any advice wiould be appreciated |
