i would love to have 20 acres of legal land on a hillside somewhere ,i have half a hectare on one hillside near ginestar with an illegal build and i am supposed to have 1.74 hectares also near ginestar but my neighbours claim that some of that is theirs ,6000 m2 of it to be precise,i was stitched up by a nightmare of an agent , >:(
so to anyone who has a legal property and are enjoying it,i am pretty jealous! because my time in catalunya so far has been a hellish time  :(
