Title: Re: Cedula de Habitabilidad

Without wishing to stir up more controversy, I feel it would be helpful if this thread could remain focused on the title subject i.e. "Cedula de Habitabilidad".  The subject affects all of us whether or not we were fortunate or unfortunate enough to have purchased a legal, illegal or an "illegal with an assurance of the possibilty of legitimisation" property.  For the record, I believe my own property to be a legal vivienda etc. and one of my Hacienda/BASE documents states that it was built in 1970 but there's no sign of a building licence and I wouldn't have a clue as to how to ontain a copy if it exists so I'm far from confident that I would be able to sell the property at it's proper market value.  I have every sympathy for those who find themselves as the owners of "allotments" with a value less than that paid and with apparently no prospect of being able to sell in the future for the value they would have expected but I'm curious to know whether the owners have persued the original "agents" and "layers" who were involved in the purchase.
