Update on my Cedula de Habitabilidad:
I went to the Ajuntament in Roquetes today and they issued me with the document I need for the next stage. Next stage is the Architect.. Will update when I know more. The certificate cost 45 euros - I know some Ajuntaments charge, others don't.
