Cedula-casa de campo-gas, septic tank and solar
We have been reading the forum since march this year. We have been reading everything about the cedula. We have a very good solicitor (often recommended by some members of this forum) and the estate agency is good too. The owner is negotiating on behalf of all the API estate agents with the authorities. But as you all know already nobody can give us any certainty now!! So. Like many others we thought we couldn’t do more. We are not planning to emigrate so we thought a casa the campo without a cedula won’t be a problem. We know that no permission will be granted from the town hall to do anything. But solar, a septic tank and gas are obviously necessary! We can handle the gas without a cedula and without a contract. Is there anybody with recent experience in putting solar on the roof without this permission? And with putting an ecological/environmental septic tank into the grounds without permission? Has anybody experience with the consequences?? We are very seriously interested and postponed to sign the deposit contract for a while…. Kind regards, Jote |
