Anyone unsure if you are able to get a cedula,
contact Sergi Bertomeu Fava, who is an architect, and who speaks perfect English. Tel: 666462309 He will visit your property, check through paperwork, etc. and advise you accordingly. There are two offices one in the Generalitat, Tortosa and one in Miami Playa. |
