hi eden,what happened to you is pretty much exactly what happened to me,but the estate agent was from further down the ebro,i think the agents much use the same spiel ,they probably all went to the same acadamy of bu****it,the previous owner of one of my pieces of land was seen running around the village on a new scooter a few days after i bought the land! for sure we were all taken for suckers ! their not laughing now though as they cant sell their expensive plots of land because of all the nonsense that has gone on, no more new scooters!
