well we went to our town hall today asked for a form for the cedula and they through their hands in the air and said NO we said we needed one as we wonted to sell our property they said if you brought it without one you can sell it without one we said no you cannot.after about half an hour of trying to find out why we cant get one we left empty handed  :'(so now we are going to take all our paperwork to the notaria to see what they say this is for the legal house built in1975 (what a nightmare) this house supposed to be the easy one to sort out and  we are getting no were and we have two more houses to sort yet  >:( as anyone other than nigel and ourselves tryed to get a cedula if so how did you get on?
