I've had problems with BASE one way or another ever since we've been here (about 6 years). I'm in arrears because I don't receive bills in the post. They came OK initially but then ceased. We live on campo and have an AP post box address. My solicitor says that I need to get a current certificado de empadronamiento to prove where I live but that will only show the parcela details and not my AP address. Does anyone else have this problem (i.e. having BASE bills sent to an AP address) ?

We arranged with the bank to take payments automatically for Base. Then we print off the receipt, from our bank statement on computer. Makes life much easier!

Hi Rita. Yes, I realise that would be a an easy way to do it but they haven't had our property details recorded correctly since we've been here. They've had me down for a pig farm about 3K up the road so I'm reluctant to allow autp payments until they get their act together.
