I recommend Octopusland which is next door to Iceland across the road from Marks and Sparks because everything in Spain is local. Don't go on the 19th July as there is a national strike, which in Spain means they officially do nothing. What a wonderful bankrupt democracy we live in who said humor is dead ( support our banks ).
Yours Octopus surpporting Bulldog.
Next week where to find local yak meat!!!!

We bought two types of fresh octopus, back in March, from the fish counter in Simply. One was local European which was really good, also the usual Pacific type.
Havn't bought any recently.
But when passing the cold counter, near Fruit & Veg section,  in Simply just a few days ago I noticed octopus of some sort, bagged up in there.

Locally it is out of season I think, in Carefour you can get Poton, big squid legs, e5/kg ish, very cheap, nearly as good as Pulpo.

Obviously, being out of season, the Tortosa Fish shops will be full of them, probably undersized "Pescado" wink wink...
