I had an absolute nightmare with telefonica/Movistar (Same company) over false bills for well over a year after i switched from them to Eurona!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i say one should "Avoid them like the plague" >:( >:( >:(
