We agree with Bigyin about Ton - he was very expensive because we were told that he also provided long term support but this has not been the case. We requested a copy of the architect's report which did not arrive and when asked for another copy to be sent were told it would cost another 300 euros. He has not responded to a number of emails and requests. We were given conflicting information by him about the necessity of recording the age of the properties we purchased.
