I am afraid it goes much further than just a matter of going too fast. It seems thet the dangwerous bends  on the track could have easily avoided if the renfe had bought up the land  needed to make a straight track,only that made  it more expensive. apart from that  they could have  used the  same system es on the barcelona-madrid line: automatic stopping  or slowing down at dangerous situations along the line.So please do not condemn anybody until you know the whole truth.it is easy to say the spanish like driving too fast,I should like to hear that there is a country in which all the inhabitants drive according to the  prescribed speed!!!!!

Then why the hell was he posting photos of himself driving trains too fast on Facebook ?  That is not normal behaviour whatever the other factors involved may be.  He was enjoying the speed and needed to brag about it.  Well, this time it has backfired on him.
