Just thinking that important tho the information is, there is no mention of the new requirement to add your 'property registered number' to any and all adverts that you place for your rental, as per the email I received the other day.

This will trip quite a few people up, so make sure that it is included.

Has anyone got any further info. about licences, tax, etc.
when people wish to let out property, apartments, etc?
