Where is a good place to get a decent haircut in Tortosa, or is anyone on here a hairdresser/barber?

Sorry could have recommended Mandy but as is such a regular occurence these days planning permissions and expenses have forced the couple back to the UK, sad really, this place could be
so productive if it wasn't for beaurocracy!!

nobby i have loads and loads of hair, which is the problem.. At the moment my hair resembles a well used silver brillo pad Smiley
There are no balding patches on my bonce Roll Eyes
