My brother, who lives in the south of France, has sent me this link from one of their forums and points out that if it is a potential for them then it would be more so for us.  Nigel will hopefully give the best information for this.

The interesting change is Astra 2F as this is not yet operational so is an unknown.

Astra 1N has been carrying all the UK BBC/ITV channels and has a strong signal here but it was put in place as a temporary fix. It will be moved so we just have to wait and see...

In the Alicante area people have been installing 1M dishes (they are a lot cheaper than the 1.2M ones and the 1.9M ones they were installing there) and they are getting perfect results. This isn't going to be the case for much longer though.

Unfortunately it's all guess work until they start migrating over to Astra 2F.
