Siesta time

Spanish MPs are looking at putting an end to the honored
tradition - the siesta time.
Fewer employers work outside in the heat of the sun anymore.
Those working indoors usually have air conditioning, anyway.
So Spain could have working hours in line, with the majority of other countries.

Noooooooooo!!
I love my siesta and I don't even work......

If they are going to do that then I think the UK should be brought into line with the rest of Europe and put their clocks right or start work at 8 am Wink

Siesta!.... I always thought this was a bit of a myth, yes it applies to shops public offices etc... but as a manual worker and lorry driver it has never affected me of loading and unloading 24/7 in Spain . France is the real problem that place is one big siesta.
