More chance of a white Christmas here than in Blighty.  Total washout by all accounts.  Have a good 'un wherever you are!

Here at the shack on the hill, days just seem to merge one into another and Xmas seems to come around faster every year and leave even quicker. Imagine our horror as her indoors munching her late breakfast and discussing the food plan for Xmas day tomorrow saying do not forget to lift the food out of the freezer to defrost and telling me to either give Hector that last piece of toast or eat it, Hector ate it.

Losing this battle and then being beaten to the TV zapper by the Mrs and foolishly thinking things would start to improve from this point, it certainly didn't as we were then informed by the weatherman in a rather cheery tone to enjoy the rest of our Christmas day which believe me came as a shock as we had no intention of doing that until tomorrow. So a rather slimmed down Xmas tea tonight for the tribe and us but by gum we intend to abuse Boxing day ALL day tomorrow.

So late seasonal greetings from your forums gentlefolks president and long suffering wife to one and all, looking forward with anticipation to a censored free New year.
Yours a back to the future Bulldog.

Perhaps we should all head out to the shack on the hill, tomorrow, for another Christmas dinner?
Maybe next year we can remind you of the day of the week and the date.
But more confusion for you as it is a Leap year coming up.
Meanwhile, we send Greetings to you both.
